1 large ripe banana
1/2 tablespoon lucuma
1/2 tablespoon flax seeds (ground)
Handful of currants
Hazelnut milk (or other milk of your choice)
1. Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork.
2. Stir in the lucuma, flax seeds, and currants.
3. Cover with hazelnut milk and mix. The consistency should be like porridge.

My favorite meal as a child was mashed bananas with custard which, is perhaps why I enjoy this dish so much.
These proportions will do for a small snack but double the amounts if you're hungry.
