3cups shredded beet
1cup walnuts, soaked
⅓cup diced onion
2T rosemary, dried
⅓cup balsamic vinegar
2T olive oil
Add solid ingredients to food processor and mix until nearly smooth. With processor running, pour oil & vinegar combo down the feed tube until dip is uniform.
