2 cup Organic Coconut Water, Fresh from the Coconut
1 cup Organic wild Frozen Blueberries
1 cup Organic Frozen Berry Mix, Blue, Black and Rasberries
2 tablespoon Soaked Organic Hemp seeds
3 tablespoon Goji Berries
2 tablespoon Acai Dried
2 tablespoon Organic Raw Agavie Nectar
1 head Raw Ginger, About one big inch worth
Simply put all the ingredients into the blender and your done. I run it on low for about 5 seconds, then high for about 15 to 20 seconds to break down the hemp seeds and ginger. If you want it to be more smoothie like just add ice and more sweetener.

This has, Goji Berry, Blueberry, Acai Berry, Black Berry and Raspberry with a nice kick of ginger! I take this about brunch time and I’m set for a good while because I drink the entire thing. Its about 450 calories if drinking it all at one shot. However, you can serve it out to 4 people easily.
