Creating Healthy Habits
½ cup berries (I used fresh strawberries, blueberries and blackberries)
1½ cup cold, filtered water
1 dash dark agave, or to taste
Blend/VitaMix the berries and water for a few seconds.. Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain a few times to get out the seeds.Add agave to taste. That’s it. Enjoy as-is or over ice!
I wanted something refreshing and light and discovered this! Sorry for the unfull glass!
