Recipe Directions

blend together until smooth. you may want to let the bee pollen soak for a few minutes before blending. enjoy!! and if you leave it for a few hours in the fridge, it gets very thick. yum.

This is inspired by FreeFoods NYC beelicious smoothie. I forgot what they put in but i improvised. I'm not too proud of the food combining, but hey-you gotta live a little. The color just reminded me of one of my favorite very SAD snacks...

Thanks for the recipe, I had it on my to do list for a while and just got around to making it today! I made this without the PB as I did not have it available and it turned out great :) I like light flavor of banana and honey, YUM! Thanks for the recipe :)

Almost looks like a milkshake, one of my guilty SAD pleasures too. Have you tried mixing it up with other ingredients? I like wheatgrass powder in my smoothies / blended drinks. (This stuff is awesome http://www.sweetwheat.com/store/wheatgrass-juice/sweet-wheat-large-powde...) but it might be perfect as is. :-)
