I threw this together with a few ingredients I had and was surprised at how good it was. It's really light (because the base is coconut water) so I didn't want to call it a smoothie or a shake. Spirulina, for me, is an acquired taste and this drink masks the taste of it well! I really wanted to find a tasty way to have spirulina and this did the trick ; )

I'll have to give it a try! I have a hard time finding coconuts. Blueberries are easy. I have an organic blueberry farm. :-)

gathering ingredients is not that hard (coconuts? since i live in a tropical country, it's so abundant here..i have to get it in my own backyard...the juice is so sweet and refreshing) except blueberries and i need to go to the specialty shop...after i tried it....i LOVE IT so much!

This looks like a good cleansing drink. I'll make it with blue green algae tomorrow sometime.
