1 cup coconut milk (the creamy stuff, not just the water)
1 lemon (quartered without rind)
1 inch ginger root
Sweetener (to taste)
1 cup ice
1. Blend all, except ice, until smooth.
2. Add ice and blend until smoothie-ish.
