2 cups sprouted buckwheat
1 apple (cored)
1 cup strawberries
1-2 tablespoons coconut flakes
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 cup water
1. Put the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. It's ready to eat. Garnish with strawberries on top, or chocolate, or small pieces of apple, bananas and cinnamon.
