The original recipe can be found in Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine. I changed it a little bit and I actually prefer mine to the book.

Recipe Directions

Peel the chop the garlic. Put everything in the blender Except almonds, spinach and romaine. Blend on high until creamy. I like to take individual leaves off of the head of romaine and trim the thick white center of the leaves out and chop the leaves into thick pieces. Put the romaine, spinach and almonds into a big bowl and mix with dressing.

PS, I use almonds in place of croutons, so if you know how to make raw croutons you can substitute.

I made this last night and it tasted like hot burnt garbage. If you don't believe me, think about the ingredients. A whole Tablespoon of Cracked White Pepper to a base of 1 Avocado and 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil. If you've never tried Cracked White Pepper before, before you mix everything together, give it a taste, then think about how you're adding 1 entire tablespoon of it to such a small amount of a thick ingredients. Trust me, don't do it. I've tried alot of recipes on goneraw and this is the first one I've prepared that made me sign up so I could post a response. I'm not saying anything negative about the person who posted it, but I don't think you got the portions correct. This was not good...at all.
