1 teaspoon nut butter
1 teaspoon agave (can substitute honey or date syrup)
Buckwheat (soaked and dehydrated)
1. Put the nut butter and agave in a small bowl and mix together.
2. Stir in enough buckwheat to ensure that it is coated but not too thickly. Eat and enjoy.
