5 dates (pitted)
5 ice cubes
2 young coconuts (meat from 2 and water from 1)
1. Place dates, coconut meat, and water in a Vitamix or other high powered blender and whiz away.
2. Add ice cubes about a minute into the process.
3. Pour and enjoy!
