Recipe Directions

remove seeds from cherimoya & place cherimoya fruit flesh in vitamixer (discard skin)
add sufficient water / coconut water 1-2 cups
add coconut meat and pineapple (fresh or juice-optional & banana _fresh or frozen)
blend
top with fresh lime juice
this is spectacular and sooooo refreshing
SO GOOD.
i almost added some hemp seeds but couldn't wait
i think that'd be a nice addition to add some protein and fat if desired.
enjoy.
