Recipe Directions

1. Blend dates to make date paste.

2. Add pulp, nuts, cacao, salt, and coconut. Pulse until it forms a ball.

3. Add vanilla.

4. Mold into little cupcakes.

Bonus: You could also make a frosting out of avocado, cacao, and some kind of sweetener. Mine weren’t ripe yet.

C’est dommage! But they were plenty sweet without.
