Recipe Directions

Scoop the meat from the coconut and avocado and add to blender with remaining ingredients. Blend it up! I typically use honey to sweeten, but you can use your choice.
I just realized I hadn’t put the ice cubes down. They are very important, especially if your other ingredients are not cold! My cuisinart blender has an “ice crush” setting, which I use to crush the ice.

This is the best chocolate milkshake ever! I added hazelnuts, vanilla bean, and a little Celtic salt to the recipe. It's also very nice with cashews! Thanks for the recipe! :)

Sound yummy! I'm going to have to try this one. You've got four of my favorite foods in this recipe! Each of these foods should constitute a food group of its own. :)
