2 big milkshakes
Ingredients
1 young coconut (meat and water)
1 avocado
1 banana
¼ cup raw cacao powder (not nibs)
Sweetener of choice (to taste)
10 ice cubes or 1/2 cup or more crushed ice
Recipe Directions
1. Scoop the meat from the coconut and avocado.
2. Add to blender with remaining ingredients. Blend it up!

Very chocolatey and filling!
I typically use honey to sweeten, but you can use your choice.
I just realized I hadn’t put the ice cubes down. They are very important, especially if your other ingredients are not cold! My Cuisinart blender has an “ice crush” setting, which I use to crush the ice.

Sound yummy! I'm going to have to try this one. You've got four of my favorite foods in this recipe! Each of these foods should constitute a food group of its own. :)

This is the best chocolate milkshake ever! I added hazelnuts, vanilla bean, and a little Celtic salt to the recipe. It's also very nice with cashews! Thanks for the recipe! :)
