2 to 3 scoops of your favorite raw vanilla iced cream
1½ tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon raw carob powder
Handful of raw cacao nibs
4 dates (pitted)
Enough water to cover ingredients in blender
4 to 5 ice cubes
Squirt of raw agave nectar
6 drops SweetLeaf liquid stevia chocolate flavor
1 small banana (peeled)
1. Place all ingredients in the blender.
2. Mix on high till smooth and frothy! Use less water for a thicker shake, or more water for a thinner shake.

This is a very sweet and delicious treat to have.
I love making Heidi Ohlunder’s Basic Raw Vanilla Iced Cream to eat, and it tastes great in this shake!
But you could use any raw vanilla iced cream recipe available.
