1 Head of romaine lettuce, chopped
1 Mango, Cut up
1 Banana, Cut up
1 Kiwi, Cut up skin on
1 cup Cilantro, chopped
10 Tabs of Chlorella (about a tablespoon), Or the recommended daily dose on your pack
1 Juiced grapefruit
1 Squeeze of a lemon or lime
½ tablespoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Sweetner, Again, pick one
1 pinch Sea salt
1 teaspoon Spirulina (optional not for taste)
Prep and blend
Refreshing and delightfully light while also completely filling. Easily combines cilantro for toxin mobilization and chlorella for toxin removal.
