1 peach or apple finely sliced
Â¼ cup cranberries
seeds of 1 cardamom pod grounded
1/8 cup crushed walnuts
1 tsp agave or date syrup (opt)
Mix all ingredients in bowl and eat immediately. Mix well to distribute the cardamom

This is a tasty fast food budget breakfast. Although peaches are out of season I found them cheap but apples are an excellent substitute.
