2 teaspoons mesquite
1. Throw everything in a Vitamix or other blender for 30-60 seconds and enjoy!

I ran out of cocoa powder and wanted to make a chocolate smoothie, so I stuck some cocoa nibs in the coffee grinder and came up with this.
It has the look and taste of a cookies and cream ice cream shake.
