2½ cup Almond Milk
5 ears of corn on the cob, shaved
1 small avocado
1 pinch sea salt
1. In a blender or vita-mix, blend all but 1/2 ear of corn until smooth and creamy.
2. Stir in the remaining 1/2 ear of corn
