1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup aloe vera juice
1 cup cranberries
1 cup red grapes
1 small apple
Small chunk of ginger
1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend.

Cranberry season! This is also good with celery and kale as the greens.
You can also use an orange instead of the apple. Cinnamon is nice and warming in here for the winter months.
