At Quintessence in New York they put a kind of chipotle sauce into a nori roll with some sort of almond pate and fresh vegetables. It's truly amazing.

What's not raw about chipotle peppers? Aren't they just a type of hot pepper?

my fav way to use it is to chop up some avos and fresh tomato and drizzle this sauce over it. its a quick fix for my mexican food cravings. or u could use this as a dip for carrots or raw crackers.
