I drove past Starbucks and instantly craved a chai tea. It’s been getting colder, and I had just picked up a young coconut. This drink is creamy and sweet, a bit spicy and warm, just right as it gets chilly.

Recipe Directions

1. Prepare chai tea. Brew it strong.

2. Add all ingredients into a blender and puree until warm.

This was so good! I didn't have coconut, so I used a bit of tahini - yum! Can't wait to try it with the coconut!
