Yield1 - 2 servings
1 ½ cups water (including soaking water below)
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (or less)
1/3 red bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper (seeds removed)
Small handful of spinach
4 to 5 sun-dried tomato pieces (soaked)
1/2 Granny smith apple (peeled)
1 to 2 teaspoons curry powder
1. Throw everything in a blender and whiz away!

I consider this my breakthrough raw recipe--It's so yummy.
I've been eating this once or twice a day for weeks now! I make it in the morning and bring it to work for lunch.
The granny smith apple ended up being the secret ingredient for me!
Also, I started with ginger (really good too) but once I tried curry I was hooked on that. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. :)
