1 cup sprouts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pinch celtic sea salt
2 tablespoons tahini
1. Mash the avocado and sprouts together.
2. Put the dressing on top.

Wow. This is, in my opinion, one of the best snacks I have ever come across. What is it about sprouts? I just don’t know, but they have me in their thrall… Alfalfa sprouts are my favorite.
Placed on top of a raw cracker, you have a delicious appetizer.
If you have even more time, you could get fancy with the dressing and use a blender to add ginger and garlic! The longer way is to mix the tahini, lemon, and salt together, then mash it in with the avo. Then top the sprouts off with the mash.
