This is one of the dishes Sharon Wright prepared at my Raw Gourmet class. I thought it was divine and wouldn’t hesitate to serve it at a party.

Recipe Directions

1. To prepare the crepes, mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender until consistency of pudding. Spoon out on non-stick dehydrator sheets and form into flat circles. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 2 hours. Flip over and continue to dehydrate for another hour or so.

2. To make the filling, slice all ingredients to a uniform size that will be easy to roll up inside the crepe.

3. For the sauce, mix together all ingredients in high-speed blender and pour over the rolled up crepes. You can also add the sauce to the inside of the crepe.

Zoe~ I tried tomatoes and apple the other day... twice. YUM! I had it with some other nonraw stuff with it.

I've been meaning to try a recipe from "Raw". They have excellent photos of the food and it all looks so tasty!
