This is one of the dishes Sharon Wright prepared at my Raw Gourmet class. I thought it was devine and wouldn’t hesitate to serve it at a party.

Recipe Directions

PREPARE CREPES

Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender until consistency of pudding. Spoon out on non-stick dehydrator sheets and form into flat circles. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 2 hours. Flip over and continue to dehydrate for another hour or so.

PREPARE CREPE FILLING

Slice all ingredients to uniform size that will be easy to roll up inside crepe.

PREPARE CREPE SAUCE

Mix together all ingredients in high speed blender and pour over the rolled up crepes. You can also add the sauce to the inside of the crepe.

I've been meaning to try a recipe from "Raw". They have excellent photos of the food and it all looks so tasty!

Zoe~ I tried tomatoes and apple the other day... twice. YUM! I had it with some other nonraw stuff with it.
