YieldServes about 2 or 3, depending on your appetite
½ cup lentils (sprouted)
1 small zucchini (shredded with mandoline)
1 small carrot (shredded with mandoline)
1 small serrano pepper (finely diced)
1 tablespoon curry seasoning (adjust seasoning to desired taste)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust seasoning to desired taste)
Extra virgin olive oil (enough to coat)
Sea salt (to taste)
2 garlic cloves (minced finely)
1. In a large bowl, combine everything while making sure that seasonings are evenly coated throughout.

Well here is an easy raw recipe with 9g of raw delicious Indian spiced protein. :-)
I recommend doubling the recipe if you have enough room to sprout a full cup of lentils!
I sprouted my lentils for less than 2 days for this particular recipe. You can choose to sprout a little longer depending on your preference.
If you do not have a mandolin, finely chop your zucchini and carrots into small strips (See picture for reference).
