½ cup hemp hearts
2 tablespoon water
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
pinch celtic sea salt
2 tablespoon cacao nibs, ground
5 tablespoon raw cocoa powder
.33 cup hemp hearts for rolling
Put the first three ingredients, (hemp, water, vanilla), into your food processor or blender. Blend creamy.
Add the dates and salt and process again, scraping down the sides as necessary until it forms a paste.
Combine the ground cacao beans and raw cocoa powder with the rest of the mixture.
Roll into balls. Wetting your hands will ensure that the truffles will not stick to your fingers.
Place hemp hearts on a plate and cover each truffle evenly with them.
Enjoy the decadence!
Dont eat them all at once…
