½ cup raw macadamia nuts
¼ cup raw Brazil nuts
5 dates (pitted)
3 tablespoons 100% cacao
¼ cup fresh cherries
¼ cup other chips (optional)
½ cup raw coconut (grated)
1. Grind macadamias and Brazil nuts in a food processor.
2. Add dates and blend.
3. Then add cacao cocoa.
4. Add half of coconut and cherries and pulse a couple of times.
5. Place into bowl and add other chips if you like (carob, white cacao, or cacao).
6. Form into balls and roll in coconut. Enjoy!
These are so good. If you are lame, you will walk again. If you’re blind, you’ll see.
I was inspired by another recipe on this site. This is similar to the raw walnut brownies by Issy.
Non raw people may become your disciples after eating these.
