½ cup raw almonds (soaked 2-3 hours; I didn't but it may be easier on your processor)
½ cup raw walnuts
¼ cup raw cacao nibs (ground to powder)
3 Medjool dates (pitted)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Grind walnuts, almonds, and dates to a butter-like consistency.
2. Add cacao and cinnamon. Blend.
3. Form into 1” inch balls. Roll in coconut flakes, crushed nuts, or cacao powder.
