Creating Healthy Habits
2 Bunch Kale
2 Carrots - Shredded
1 Beet - shredded
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c agave
juice of 1 lime
pinch of salt
One large handful of sunflower sprouts
small amount of pinenuts
Chop or process kale - however you prefer. i like it chopped, that way the kale doesnt get mushy
pour olive oil, lime, agave and massage kale
Shred the carrots and beet, add to bowl
add sprouts and pinenuts
Mix and Enjoy
I wipped this together one evening to go with the mock salmon patties.
Turns out i like to have it as a meal alone :)
