1/2 cup almond milk or water
1 durian pod (frozen)
Drop of vanilla (optional)
½ cup young coconut meat (minced)
1. Put everything, except coconut, in a food processor or blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy! Add in coconut!

This is such a decadent breakfast for me. It resembles tapioca pudding.
Even a little grated ginger would be nice.
