handful frozen black cherries
handful frozen banana
Throw cherries and bananas (I liked a ratio of 2/3 cherry, 1/3 banana) in blender or food processor and puree to a sorbet-consistency. En-joy!
Just a reminder of a wonderful, simple combination that is fantastic! (I saw some similar recipes here but this felt unique and I wanted to post the picture. Can’t wait to try it in my Vitamix when it arrives!). Such a vibrant color, and cherries contain potassium and are even a food-source of melatonin, plus I’ve read that they are good for reducing inflammation associated with some diseases (like arthritis and gout).
