My little one loves my green smoothies thinned a bit, mashed avo & banana, mashed banana, mango or pear with freshly ground flax seeds, apricots, soaked if you have to use dried one like me, blended with apple or banana.

cutest baby ever! weeeeeeeeeee

I can't imagine having a child and NOT feeding him/her raw, right from the start. It just seems so horrifying to feed such a little being poisonous cooked/processed foods!

rawjoy thank you so much ,that was so helpful ,those are such great ideas

mango woman thank you for the comment I'm not completely raw..yet but want to make sure my baby is though it's very hard because my husband is not really as willing to do this as i am but I love family and truly believe this is the healthiest life style, my husband has already switched to raw milk which is elegal in las Vegas so hopefully he will some day give it up altogether and once i have a dehydrator it will fill the need for bread so heres hoping for the future
