Power packed, sweet, creamy pudding. Great before a workout as it will flood you with energy. Adapted from a Thrive recipe. I use the Artisana brand coconut butter. Can be eaten as is or topped with fresh fruit and/or grawnola.

Recipe Directions

1. Soak almonds overnight.

2. Blend all ingredients together, adding water as necessary. Chill.
