2½ cups chickpeas (sprouted for 12-24 hours)
3 tablespoons raw tahini
2 garlic cloves (or to taste)
¼ cup lemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (garnish)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
The perfect party dip! Also a great replacement for nut cheese!
Because of the chickpeas, it has a “cheesy” taste to it, so it would be great as an alternative to nut-cheese!
