Creating Healthy Habits
2½ cup chickpeas, sprouted (12-24 hrs.)
3 tablespoon raw tahini
2 garlic cloves, to taste
¼ cup lemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and to garnish
1 teaspoon olive oil
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor, and enjoy!
Because of the chickpeas, it has a â€œcheesyâ€ taste to it, so it would be great as an alternative to nut-cheese!
The perfect party dip! Also great replacement for nut cheese!
