Recipe Directions

1.] Open young coconut, scoop out meat and put into blender. Pour about half of the coconut water in with the meat, and save the rest on the side. You may need to pour a little more in, but I seem to find that I don’t need to, and end up drinking a bit on the side with my pudding.

2.] Add 1 T [or more, if you’re really into it] of spirulina..

3.] Add either 1 T brown rice protein OR 4 T hemp protein powder. I haven’t tried using both yet, but separately they are both very delicious. You do need a bit more of the coconut water when you use the hemp protein, as there’s more powder. I think I’ll try using a little of each next time.

So everything is in the blender/food processor.. Blend blend blend!

Eat with a spooooooon.

This was so delicious. I was pretty surprised at how much I enjoyed it.

I promise! It’s DELICIOUS!

Nutribiotic is the brand. I called the company and talked to someone for like twenty minutes and they convinced me that the temperature stays below the cut off for enzymes to be destroyed. Apparently it's somehow "enzymetically" processed..

I was skeptical, but I choose to use this product. I am 100% raw and the protein powders I use are this and Nutiva's hemp protein powder.

If anyone has any info regarding this specific brand [or the MLO brand] of brown rice protein NOT being raw, please let me know!
