4 kohlrabis 1/2 cup of olive oil 2 teaspoons of turmeric 1 teaspoon of salt Cut the kohlrabies into chips and put into a bowl. Pour with oil, sprinkle with turmeric and salt. Mix well. Leave to sit for at least 10 minutes. Then drain the excess oil and put the chips on paper napkins in order to get the excess oil out.
Ketchup: 3 tomatoes 3 pieces of sundried tomatoes (if you don’t have them doesn’t matter) 5 dates juice of 1 lemon 1/2 cup of water Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
Healthy version of this popular meal. Raw chips are the real thing!
