Recipe Directions

Mix all the ingredients together well until everything is throughly combined. Keeps for 3 days in the fridge. You can use a food processor to grate all the veg if you like or do it by hand.

Fee's Thoughts

I know this wont be considered well combined with the veg and fruit together but it tastes good.

Tried and enjoyed this a couple of times with the apple cider vinegar. Sadly, no goji or sultanas were added.

I just made something like this for my mom. She really liked it. The colors are amazing. I added a little harveys bristol creme to make it more appealing to her.Instead of mango I used peach.
