Yield3 or so servings
1 grapefruit (cut into chunks)
1 avocado (cut into chunks)
1 diced apple (I used Pink Lady)
Handful of grapes (cut in half)
1 cup quinoa (sprouted)
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and eat!

Random “throw some stuff together” recipe.
I think it would be nice with some celery chopped up little for some crunch (I just didn't have any) and maybe some coconut milk to make it creamier next time.
I might also be imagining things but i think I put some allspice in there, hmm.
Oh, and will someone give this a better name?!
