Put everything except the chia seeds in your food processor and mix it until it’s mushy. Add the already ground chia seeds, and process until they are well distributed. Transfer to a container and let the mixture sit at least 10 minutes until the chia seeds have made the zucchini mix thicken.

Nice dip. Zucchini is a good idea instead of making dips nut or seed based.
