1 Celery Stalk
½ Bell Pepper
2 cup Spinach
1 Granny Smith Apple
½ cup Water [more or less, dependant upon what it takes to get your blender moving]
Wash & trim veggies, plum & apple; cut into chunks.
Peel, seed & chop lemon.
Toss all of the ingredients into the blender [a little at a time or all at once depending on your blender’s capacity]; blend until smooth.
Pour into a large glass [I used a Mason jar] full of ice.

I wanted a green smoothie, but didn’t want something too sweet. I tossed together stuff I had on hand & really enjoyed the combo. I think the lemon really perks up the flavors. :)
