-1.5 cup soaked goji berries (could substitute any dried fruit, cherries, blueberries, etc.)
-juice of 1/2 orange
-soak water (from top layer)
-2 cups soaked cashews
-1 cup soaked raisins
-juice of other 1/2 of orange
-1 inch vanilla from pod
-goji berry soak water
Blend the ingredients together of the base layer, spread on a plate.
Blend the ingredients together of the top layer, spread on a plate.
Garnish with dried coconut, and goji berries.
Put in freezer covered overnight, and slice thinly to enjoy in the morning.
