Recipe Directions

1. Add ingredient,s except apple and water, and mix well.

2. Then add puree and water until it is soft enough to form a pancake.

3. Eat immediately with agave or date syrup.

4. If desired, dehydrate for a minimum of 30 minutes to enhance flavor. Enjoy with favorite syrup.

This was really good! Easy, fast, and even my 3-yr old loved it. He ate it with regular syrup and I had it with raw agave. I didn't dehydrate it (we had it for a dessert), but I can imagine on a cold morning it would hit the spot.

i"m so glad you liked it vreyna75...I should use golden flax instead of the brown...most people think this is a pic of burgers lol

Wait- on the picture did you dehydrate this? Because how could you make it stay as that shape without it, right? Also sorry XD but what's an apple puree?

Yes I dehydrated but with less water you won't need one so don't worry it's not a necessity
