2 cups grapefruit pulp (leftover from juicing)
1 cup carrot juice
1 inch piece of ginger
2 handfuls of spinach
1. Blend it all up, adding the spinach in last.

This definitely perks you up in the morning. Tangy and spicy.
You could probably substitute a whole grapefruit if you didn’t want to juice, but I had the leftover pulp from juicing and didn’t want it to go to waste.
Plus I think since most of the juice was removed, it may have cut down on the tartness of the grapefruit, and the carrot juice subbed in sweetened it a bit.
