½ cup Get Going granola
1 young coconut (opened, scraped down, drained)
1 tablespoon agave or sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon flax seed (finely ground)
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup fresh fruit (like berries)
1. Blend coconut meat, agave, lemon juice, flax seed, and vanilla.
2. Add only enough coconut water to blend till very thick.
3. Layer the cocoyurt, fruit, and granola in a glass and enjoy.
