4 medium Zucchini, chop in pieces
2 big Cucumber, chop in pieces
1 pound green Apples, chop in pieces
1 big chunk Ginger
2 cup Rapsberries
bunch of Peppermint leaves
Juice everything and enjoy! The ginger is very intense but wonderful in this combination :) I’ve had so much Zucchini juice leftover from processing them for a bread and came up with this recipe.
I’ve had already 2 glasses :)) feel a bit lightheaded now, he, he, maybe from the ginger…
This gives quite a bit of juice. Put the rest in the fridge and enjoy as spicy start into the morning.
A great spicy juice! The raspberries compliment nice with the green ingredients and make for a different colour.
