Recipe Directions

Blend all ingredients except grated coconut. Be careful not to use too much water. Use grated coconut for decoration and serve pudding immediately or cool for a couple of hours to enhance pudding-like consistency.
(Sorry for the low-quality photo…the pudding is actually much tastier than it looks on the picture.) :-)

I made this quite a few times and it rocks. Spirulina not only adds nutrition but lots of flavor as well. Thanks for posting this man.
