1 large ripe banana
1 tablespoon flax seeds (ground)
1 tablespoon spirulina
1 cup water
Sprinkle of coconut (grated)
1. Blend all ingredients except grated coconut. Be careful not to use too much water.
2. Use grated coconut for decoration.
3. Serve pudding immediately or cool for a couple of hours to enhance pudding-like consistency.
Great as a healthy sweet snack or dessert.
