Creating Healthy Habits
1 large ripe banana
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon Spirulina
1 cup water
1 sprinkle grated coconut
Blend all ingredients except grated coconut. Be careful not to use too much water. Use grated coconut for decoration and serve pudding immediately or cool for a couple of hours to enhance pudding-like consistency.
(Sorry for the low-quality photo…the pudding is actually much tastier than it looks on the picture.) :-)
Great as a healthy sweet snack or dessert.
