Yieldfrom 1 to 4 (depending how hungry your are!)
about 4 frozen bananas
dash of almond milk
dash of cinnamon
small pinch of cayenne
2 pinches of clove
large dash of powdered ginger
large pinch of sea salt
1-2 heaping tablespoon carob powder
vanilla extract, to taste (mine isn't too strong so I putted about 1 tablespoon)
2-3 tablespoons pistachio
2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
3 tablespoons date paste
In your high speed blender (or food processor!) put the bananas, the almond milk and spices.
When almost fully incorporated and smooth, add the pistachios ans cocoa nibs (you just want to break them a little). Don't over process or you'll end up with banana smoothie! (By the way, it would not be that bad as you would just have to put your ice cream in the freezer till fixed)
Put in a LARGE bowl (or many smaller!) and add the date paste, just incorporated it by making swirl patterns in your ice cream (create a kind of so delicious caramel swirl!)... Yummy!

I've just created this scrumpulous ice cream... The decadent mix of flavor reminded me of those treat-packed Haagen Dazs ice cream... Better and healthier!
