Recipe Directions

1. Juice wheatgrass in Omega juicer or any other juicer.

2. Juice 3 or 4 slices with skin (scrub before hand) ripe pineapple, ginger, and raw bee pollen for variety.

3. Add 1/2 banana and blend to create a smoothie/popsicles/sorbet and or freshly made coconut milk. Milk should be very dense so use less water when blending coconut meat to extract milk.

This combo makes wheatgrass juice so much more palatable, and pineapple juice is great for digestion and inflamed joints.

A great drink first thing in the morning. It delivers all the bioactive nutrients to cleanse the system and to rebuild and energize.

Adding banana, you can trick children to ingest the most powerful super green on the planet. They will never know the difference.

For fun, freeze into popsicle sticks or make frozen sorbet for them.

For another twist, coconut milk creates a mock dairy ice cream feel to it. Transform into an exotic pina colada sans the alcohol.

This is a very versatile concoction and you can use your imagination and come up with your own mixes.
