Juice 1 oz wheatgrass in Omega juicer or any other wheatgrass juicer Juice 3 or 4 slices with skin (scrub before hand) ripe pineapple 1 1” fresh ginger Add 1 T raw Bee Pollen For variety and kids will love this !!!!!!!!!!!! Add 1/2 banana and blend to create a smoothie/popsicles/sorbet and or freshly made coconut milk. Milk should be very dense so use less water when blending coconut meat to extract milk.
