2 bananas (frozen for at least 24 hours)
1/2 cup 'milk' (whatever kind you prefer; rice, soy, coconut, etc.)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Nuts (optional; if you like it crunchy)
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until creamy.
3. Add nuts and blend for 5 seconds just so that it breaks into bits and pieces.
